“Is It safe?” is the haunting question posed by Sir Lawrence Olivier to Dustman Hoffman in the1976 crime/thriller, Marathon Man and can still send shivers down the spines of corporate managers today.
Sony, for instance, is still reeling and feeling the fallout from being hacked. Whether its government sponsored or a random shadow collective such as the Lizard Squad, malicious hacks and cybercrime is on the rise.

Well, another big trend for 2015 is for network and physical security to fall under the same umbrella at the end user level. By brining both network and physical security together it ensures a tighter and better management, budget and operational mandate. It makes sure that objectives for both are fully integrated and designed with the same goals in mind. Ask your resellers if they are selling network security solutions like virus and firewall protection. If they are, they should also be talking about Physical Security because chances are good it’s the same person making both decisions.
Speak to your reseller about a fully integrated security solutions that ensure your physical and network/virtual security are working together… and never get the shivers again when some one asks you is “IT” safe?
